Nice. I haven't played with Linksys SRW gear yet but I'm sure it's inevitable that we'll meet up. I'll remember this if I come across any 224P's. I like that VLAN summary though. The interface looks better than the Dell Powerconnects I've had to deal with. I hate configuring VLANs on those things.

The Dells are probably the same kind of cheap-Cisco with partial-IOS that the Linksys units are.
I phrase that badly; I know the Dells are cheap-Ciscos with partial-IOS boxes. I speculate about the Linksys units.

Hey Mike I found something with another Linksys switch that may have an answer. Here is the quote
"Like the other reviewer, I'm disgusted that this product requires Internet Explorer 6 (version 7 doesn't either, you're out of luck if you've upgraded). This problem has been there for ages and Linksys have done nothing to correct it."
you can find it on this site http://www.very-clever.com/electronics/linksys-cisco
It also has a short review from amazon on the SRW224P that you might find interesting
Maybe it will work on an older machine like the webserver we're using at the office.
